how can i print the aba preview to a file

Can I print the payroll ABA preview screen to a file rather than a printer? I'll be using RECKON ACCOUNTS desktop remotely thru Teamviewer, and I want a hard copy where I am located, rather than where the Reckon computer is located. I tried selecting the pdf options with no luck. I want to be able to email the printout to myself. Hope that makes sense. thanks all.

    Hi Leshelle - if the machine you are remotely accessing doesnt have any pdf software installed (and there are plenty of free ones you could install) you could look to see if they have Microsoft XPS Document Writer installed?  This was part of the MS Office Tools with Office 2010 and earlier?
