How do I add fields AU Citizen, Indefinite Stay Work Visa etc to my employee cards. I can see these options when I run a Employee Contact list report, but can't see where I enter the information! I use Reckon Accounts Enterprise.
These fields have been planned for inclusion in a future release of the programme. They do appear in a couple of places in the programme but they are not linked back to any input field.
If you need to record this information the workaround is to create Custom Fields in the Employee Record > Personal Info > Additional Info tab. You will then need to modify reports to include these custom fields. You should then memorize this report.
