How do I change ABN number in GovConnect

Hi there,

I have been waiting on the phone for someone to help for over an hour now so I'm hoping someone can help. I received this error message when I was trying to send our first payroll to STP: "An error occurred submitting single touch payroll details to the API". I've checked all of our employees' details and they are all correct (employee number, state, etc). So I suspect it's because the ABN number in our general setting initially had branch number but not in GovConnect. I removed the branch number in our general setting but still doesn't work. How do I add the ABN branch number in GovConnect?
