how do i change my monthly subscription

    Hi Jodie,
    You can change your subscription and the modules you have active on your Portal account before opening the Reckon One book.

    I followed the instructions in that link to change the subscription inclusions/modules but I keep getting this error:

    That's an odd error message 🤔

    Can you let me know which module were you looking to add/remove? Is the module already part of your subscription currently?

    If you refresh the page as per the error message, what happens?
