How do i clear all the invoices etc in the send form listing?

 At the moment I can clear only one at a time and there are 14000 of them. We don't go to send forms to email out our invoices, so they just build up.

    Welcome to the Community!

    There are a couple of unorthodox suggestions that I gathered in relation to completing this task.
    Instead of removing each entry one at a time, an alternative would be to email the invoices to yourself. This will clear the send forms listing in Accounts Hosted and you can then perform a mass delete of the received emails within your mail client (provided it has this feature).

    Before you do you send all the emails out you will need to change the recipient email address to your own and then change back after they have been cleared. However, depending if all 14,000 of these listings require you to change the recipient address, this could prove counterproductive.

    A further alternative suggestion is to disconnect your Outlook program online access, ie. Work Offline then send the emails. They will then go through to the Outbox folder in Outlook which you can then select all and delete. Reconnect Outlook to online access after you've completed this.

    As I said, a couple of unorthodox suggestions, other Community members may have something else to offer.
