I have quickbooks 2009 that I have installed on my new pc but it is not fully compatible with windows 8 when it comes time to display the simplified BAS form ie: it won't fill in the blanks even when I refresh & configure it. Anyone know how I can get this to work again??

QuickBooks 2009 being an older version is likely not compatible with Windows 8.

You can try running it in 'compatibility mode' as Windows XP to see if that helps.

    * Run the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter wizard in Windows 8.1

    * Test using a new 'test' data file that you create with a few tax related transactions to confirm whether the problem is isolated only to your data file or to all data files opened in QuickBooks 2009 under Windows 8.

    Hi Wog Boy,

Have you clicked on each G1, etc to pick up the tax items? I have a document I can email you if you need.

Have you checked the configure is October 2014?

    Kind regards,
