How do I create an ABA file?

I'm a new user and I've followed the instructions in the Help file but my screen looks like this (attached). How do I select payees?image

    HI

    If you have tried to create the file by selecting the payments from the Pay Bills field make sure your selection is Bank Online. This will create the ABA file.
    Otherwise make sure your Bank in the Bank Online and the Company bank is the same.
