    Hi Kelly

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to delete in bulk but you should be able to get into a rhythm with the Ctrl + Delete then ‘arrow down’ sequence.

    NOTES:

    1. Header accounts (eg those containing subaccounts) cannot be deleted - If you have accounts with subaccounts, the subs must be deleted first.
    2. Where an entry has been posted to an account, the account is unable to be deleted but you can simply edit the entry to post elsewhere or “Merge” accounts where similar/duplicated.

You cannot delete any account that have been used in the past so whether it has been used before or no just make it inactive and that is nearly as easy as a bulk delete, i can help you just call me on 0418907140

Personally, I prefer to remove any unused from the system to keep the data file as optimal as possible.

IMO having a load of inactive entries that have never been used can just add to making the data file less efficient in the long run.
