How do I get the STP to submit succesfully?

I am trying to transfer my files over to single touch payroll from reckon accounts hosted but it keeps saying that the information doesn't match my ATO records. I tried to ring and no answer, how do I see which details are wrong to get it to submit?

Hi Jane,
Can you let me know the exact error message you're receiving, feel free to post a screenshot.
Is it the Invalid Company Information error message?
If so, the big thing to check is ensuring the legal information in your Hosted company file matches EXACTLY to what is displayed in the Company & Adviser section in GovConnect including case sensitivity, special characters, branch numbers etc.
