how do i give a copy to my accountant who doesn't have reckon hosted

My accountant can't open any of my company files on reckon hosted.  What does he need to open my company files?

    Rod, your accountant needs to have their own hosted account and you can share your file with them.

    That way both of you can work on the file at the same time.
