    Hi Julie,

    Go to the Reckon webpage, sign in with your user account then go to the Support Area for Reckon Accounts Desktopn(hidden on the Reckon Business Tab and you will find a comprehensive document which covers the use of SBR and STP and the Reckon Government Portal software which needs to be installed in order to do your reporting to the ATO.
