How do I move a company file from one hosted login licence to a new hosted licence?

I have downloaded then uploaded the file into the new login, but the file sits in the upload folder on the Q drive and not just on the Q drive like the other company files. I need to move 1 company file from the existing login and place it in the new login then delete it from the existing and still be able to give the accountant access to it, and I do not think they can get access to it if it is in the upload folder.

I have a client with all 3 files sitting in the upload folder and there is no problem, I access them all the time

Not sure why you need to move it to a new login ID, at all, if the company changed ownership they can take ownership of the existing hosted login, change contact details inside control panel/

Anyone else wanting access has the file shared with their ID.

Firstly your file needs to be a 'portable backup' to upload, your lucky day, these instructions just posted by support.
