How do I move employee details (super, leave, notes, rates, tfn etc) from an old company to a new on

    Hi Susan

    Whilst it's unfortunately not possible to transfer transactions, you can export your Lists - including the Employee List - from your old company file & import them into your new one:

    • Click on File (along top toolbar) > Utilities > Export > Lists to IIF Files
    • Tick the checkboxes for the Lists you want to Export (As well as "Employee List", tick "Payroll Items" too)
    • Save the file to your Desktop so you can locate it easily (You can rename it by overtyping the default, but DON'T type beyond/remove the .iif extension!  RA needs this to "read" the file)
    • In your new company file ..... Click on File (along top toolbar) > Utilities > Import > IIF Files
    • Select your exported IIF file & click "Open"

    Your exported names should now be in the applicable List
