How do I open a old Quickbooks 2008-9 file? Intuit said  "It sounds like you're using an Australian version of QuickBooks Desktop. In Australia is now called Reckon Accounts, and is being supported by Reckon. It woud be best to get in touch with Reckon's support team directly. They'll have the right expertise and tools to help you. https://www.reckon.com/au/contact-us/.
I'm using QB Accounting Small Business 2011-12. and get this message " Quickbooks cannot open this data file because it was created in a different edition"
Does anyone have any suggestions? I want to run some reports from this old file.
Thanks,
Mark
