How do I pay out Annual Leave and then change an employee from Part Time to Casual Employment?

My staff member has agreed to go back to Casual Employment and she would like to be paid out all of her annual leave which she had accrued which is 16.89 hours.

    You could terminate her and then reinstate, but can’t you just add the line LSL to her pay and enter all that is owing and when processed change her status to casual
