How do I Print out everything attached to a Job numbers? Wages, Invoice, Parts/Services, Sub-contractors......
Previously the other person who worked in my position had 'Memorised Reports' and I must be doing something wrong as they aren't working.

The company I work for is not Hosted, we are not in the Cloud.

Can I start this report from scratch? I've looked at different avenues to use:
Job, Time & Mileage
Company Financial
Supplier, Payables

I just keep confusing myself.

Also, please don't answer this question if you're trying to sell me something as this has happened a few times and it just gets me angry AARRHHH!!!!

If you need anymore information, please let me know so I can also help you to understand what I'm needing.

Thank you for all the honest help I received.

Do you still have the memorised report? If so you need to go open the report, the Modify and Filter it.  You can see the filters applied in the box on the right.
Otherwise yes, you can create your own reports and then memorise them.

I presume job # is a sub item of the customer if so then I suggest you create a custom report, summary or transaction detail your preference. I suggest you use the accrual method this will include any expenses allocated to the job not yet paid for, in the filters select the job # "Name" select all dates if you select the transaction detail report remember to select the source name in display tab. This will not show any time cost re unprocessed staff pays.  Review other items in the display tab for additional detail.
FYI I suggest all management reports be created on an accrual basis.
    Good Luck

Thank you all so much. I'm not an accountant, by a long shot, I just do the invoices and payments, so trying to do reports is so different to me. I appreciate all you help.
