Lachlan. The administrator is the only one who can re-set the password. If nobody knows what the administrator password is, then you will have not other option that to have Reckon do a password removal which could cost you a couple of hundred dollars. This matter has been raised a couple ot times within the past couple of months, one of which was only a couple of weeks ago, from memory. Have you done a search on this site for this issue?

Hi John
Thanks for that. I did the search but the article notes that it was last updated 4 years ago so I was just double checking if, recently, there had become a better way of doing the reset.
Cheers.

The reason it hasn't been updated is because the process has never changed. Ever.

Hi Kevin,
I can see that but wasn't to know, hence why I asked.
