How do I set up salary sacrifice for a employee that wants deductions fortnightly when they are paid

Hi there ,How do I set up salary sacrifice (to super) for a employee that wants deductions done fortnightly when they are paid weekly. One week is only a small amount (that won't cover the amount requested) and the following week is paid a larger amount that will cover the requested amount.

    Hi Jocelyn

    You can setup the SS deduction & add it to the Employee’s default record. 

    I wouldn’t set a default amount (on either the Item or for the employee) so that you don’t deduct too much in error.

     

    Unfortunately, you will need to manually edit the SS amount on each week’s Pay. 

    This is because the program recognises the default info from the employee’s record but is not able to automate it out of regular frequency cycle (as these details are usually applicable “per pay”)
