how do i set up salary sacrifice for a PBI so it reports the gross correctly

setting up salary packaging so the gross shows is correct for stp. We are a PBI so can salary sacrifice to many things other than super or novated leases.  2 years ago it was a long winded convoluted work around.  is it as straight forward as MYOB yet. How do I go about getting it so it works out correctly?

    Hi Karla, Set up the item as an allowance based on quantity, ( I know it doesn't sound right, but stay with me) when recording the item, quantity is negative 1, this is the simplest way to achieve correct outcomes on all levels.
