How do I untick one transaction on a previous reconciliation without undoing all?

I've just taken over bookkeeping for a charity, and the previous reconciliation has ticked off a deposit which hadn't cleared until the next month, meaning my opening balance for that month is out. Can I untick this deposit without undoing the entire month's reconciliation?  I'm also new to using Reckon Accounts Hosted
