Hi Paul,
If you want to update your email address for your app account follow the steps below -

- Logout of the app and close it in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps
- Head over to the Reckon Portal HERE and sign in with your CURRENT login details
- Click on Profile in the top right corner and update your email address here & save it.
- Login to the app using the NEW email address

That didn’t work as it just reverts back to the incorrect email automatically (I tried multiple times). Can you please fix it from your end?

That'll probably occur if the email address you're attempting to change to is already associated with an account.

What are the details for the account(s) you have currently?

I’m trying to change my email from ossie30@bigpind.net.au to ossie30@bigpond.net.au
If you can assist that would be great.
Company name is EK Osborne & PJ Osborne
