Hi, I have a small business and have already registered with Reckon STP. I need to update the company name and ABN but the 'Edit' button on the 'Company' tab won't allow me to do this. Can you please advise how I do this? Thanks.
Hi Sylvie, If you haven't sent a submission for the ABN registered in the app then I can take a look at deleting it. Is it a case of you registering an incorrect ABN to the app?
Let me know the ABN you've currently registered in the app that you're looking to delete and also, confirm if the email address for your app account is the same one registered to this Community account.
