Hi, I have a small business and have already registered with Reckon STP. I need to update the company name and ABN but  the 'Edit' button on the 'Company' tab won't allow me to do this. Can you please advise how I do this? Thanks.

Hi Sylvie,
If you haven't sent a submission for the ABN registered in the app then I can take a look at deleting it. Is it a case of you registering an incorrect ABN to the app?

Let me know the ABN you've currently registered in the app that you're looking to delete and also, confirm if the email address for your app account is the same one registered to this Community account.

Hi Rav,
I have made submissions against it so don't want to delete it. Can I just update the name and ABN, or do I need to create a new account with Reckon (for the new name and ABN)?
Thanks,
Sylvie

Hi Rav & Sylvie, the same has happened to me. The Accountant has just worked out a Trust account should be paying me so I also need to change the business name and ABN. I also have made submissions since 01/07/19. Maree

I have recorded the wrong ABN against my Reckon profile and have advised the ATO and they have made the changes. I have also previously recorded employee records against it, so dont want to delete everything. I just want to update the company information to the correct abn. I have made a number of requests to Reckon but no response, not sure what else I can do.... Please help... thanks
