How do you account/track/show for Leave Accurals for normal hours and rostered overtime hours. For Example We have employees who work 12 hour shifts, which is split between 7 hours normal time and 5 hours regular rostered overtime. The award we are under dictates that employees when taking leave must be paid the full 12 hours. But the accural is only deducted by 7hrs. How can we set this up that we pay them the whole 12 hours, but only 7 hours comes off their leave accurals? We use Reckon Accounts Premier Accountant Edition 2018. Thanks
