How do you change leave accrual rates in Reckon Premier Desktop

Hi,
I have discovered that the leave accrual rates are incorrect & i cannot change them in reckon premier desktop.
I have tried changing them on each employees card but it defaults back to the same rate.  I have looked everywhere to see if the rates are pre-set  somewhere but can't find.

    Hi Margi

     

    That’s the correct way to change them.

     

    I’m wondering if you are trying to enter the accrual rate in Decimal format & the Preference is set to Minutes (or vice versa) ?

     

    You can check/change this under the Preferences:

     

    • Click on Edit along top toolbar > Preferences in dropdown Menu
    • Select General in LHS List
    • On the “Company Preferences” tab, you can see the selected Time Format
