how do you enter US Shares

I am having trouble entering US shares into my Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2017 package. I can enter Australian shares without a problem.
As soon as I try to enter US shares the system refuses to cooperate.
Is there a set of instructions laying out the steps.
I have a NABTrade account that caters for the combination of exchanges but cannot get it to work in Reckon.

    Thanks - I have now been able to load the stock into the new account.
    I will now work through the price download process.
