How to access Accounts Hosted data on Reckon One?

We have been with you for last nine years, starting with Quickbooks Accounts, then to Reckon Accounts and currently on Reckon Accounted Hosted. It has four companies on it. With the change in business needs, we will not be renewing Accounts Hosted at end of October 2018. Instead would like to go for Reckon One (Core + Payroll).

How do we access the data post Accounts Hosted expiry, on Reckon One of the previous transactions sitting in Accounts Hosted?

    Hi Seville - you could get an installation key from Reckon to install one copy of Accounts Enterprise on your desktop - then before your Hosted expires - you could backup your RAH datafiles - download them and restore them to the desktop - this way you will always be able to open the files and view the data....  you just wont be able to enter any transactions once your subscription expires.

    We do have a Migration Service to convert Hosted to Reckon One.  Check it out here.

    Basic company file setup is for free but converting transactions will incur a cost.
