How to add annual leave back

We took one of our employee's annual leave on the 5/4/2020 pay run (25.4 hours). She's not happy with this and asking for paying back the leave to us and then we add back the leave taken to her leave balance. Question is, for example, gross annual leave we've taken is $1,106, however there's tax included, how much should i ask her to pay back and how I could fix this tax issue from the system? As it was last month and we did fortnightly pay run, I dare not to delete the pay run or reverse it. It will mess up all the annual leave accrual (we accrue as per pay cycle) etc.
