HOW TO ADD EXTRA LEAVE LOADING TO EMPLOYEE PAYSLIP

Hi.  I have an employee how has taken his 4 weeks (160 hours) of leave loading in advance and my employer paid him by cheque already.  His Annual Leave was only for 80 hours but his Leave Loading is for 160 hours.   How can I record this.  I doesn't appear that I can alter the leave loading hours or $$$$ to match what he has already been paid.  It automatically entres the Leave Loading to match the Annual Leave Hours.
