How to change a statement name?

When i sending a email of statement, is it possible to change the name. currently default name is May 2015 Statement from XXX Pty Ltd

    Log into your company BOOK as 'admin'  so that you can do the following:
    - Edit
    - Preferences
    - click on side menu:  "SEND FORMS"
    - click on the top right:  "Company Preferences" tab
    - Select "Statements" from the drop down list (near the top)
    - Then you can enhance the "SUBJECT" line to write whatever you wish.
    - Click OK to save it
    - Log out of user: 'admin'
    - Enjoy the new wording next time you run a statement!

    Thanks Gary, what about the attachment? Can I change the name as well?

    I don't believe the attachment name can be changed, because it is all linked into the chosen email package in operation (like Outlook, Thunderbird and so forth).

    It will be:   "statement from XXXX"   where XXX is defined as the "company name" for the database (BOOKS) QBW file.
