How to change employee centre view permission?

Please help can't find any instructions on how to change employee centre view permission

    What specifically do you want to change?  who can access employee details?  Under the company menu - select Users - Setup Users and roles - then go to the Role list to see how default roles are setup or create your own?  You will need Admin access to do this?
