how to download files from Reckon on PC

I will de activate my account and need to download all data from Reckon One onto my computer, how do I do that ??

    Hi Katerina,
    If you're using Reckon One, once your book is deactivated it will go into Read-Only mode which will allow you to view your data along with print and generate reports from existing data in the book.

    There is no ability to export or download your book from Reckon One.
