How to Email Delivery Notes and customised Invoices

Hello,

Just recently we have lost the ability to Email Delivery Notes and Customised Invoices.
We are using Reckon Hosted 2015r2.
Normally, we used pre printed sheets with the letter head and footer, and just print the normal invoice.

We created customised delivery notes and invoices so we could email them straight from Reckon, which include our header, but now it defaults to the Invoice template, no matter which screen I'm on, so the emails have no header or footer.

Is there a way to change it so when you click email, it will email what ever screen your on, eg, Customised Delivery Note, Customised Invoice?

    You just have to be sure that the customised invoice or delivery note is selected in the box in the top right hand corner. I use customised invoices and email them and have had no problem at all.

    Welcome to the Reckon Community and thank you for your question.

    I may recommend you to go List > templates > right click on the template you don't want and make it inactive.

    Now create a new invoice and save it with the customised template you want and that should remember.
