I enter the sames sales receipt every month when receiving a payment and interest associated with this payment. Therefore I have 2 items listed in the receipt.
How do I get the receipt to memorise so that when I select the customer from the Customer:Job drop-down box it will bring up the previously used 2 items each time (similiar to when you write a cheque through the bank and it will bring up the previous place the supplier selected was coded).
Thanks!

    Hi Alex,

    Please see Below,

    Memorising a transaction

A transaction is any business agreement or exchange that you make with another person or business. In Reckon Accounts, you use various forms (invoices, bills, cheques, etc.) to perform these transactions. If you have a transaction that you frequently enter, you can save time by memorising it for future use.

    How memorised transactions work

    1. Enter the transaction as you'd like it memorised.

If the content of certain fields will change each time you recall the transaction, leave those fields blank. For example, you might want to leave the Amount field blank on your monthly utility bill. That way, you can fill in the amount each time you recall the bill.

    2. Go to the Edit menu and click Memorise.

    3. In the Memorise Transaction window, enter a name that will help you recognise the transaction on the Memorised Transaction list.

    4. Choose whether you want to be reminded to enter the transaction, have Reckon Accounts enter the transaction for you, or neither.

      What the choices mean

    5. Click OK to memorise the transaction.

    6. If you are only entering the transaction information for future use, close the transaction window by clicking the Clear button and then clicking the close box at the top of the window.

    Kind Regards,

    Michael.

    Hi Alex
You can also right click in the body of any transaction (except transfer money) this will bring up the right click menu, chose memorise transaction.

to memorise a transfer, save the trans action, go to the register then right click on the transaction and memorise
