I recently exported my customers list from Quickbooks (iff).

I have also managed to extracted the customers list via Excel and have tidy it up a bit.

My question is - how do i import this customers list into my Reckon Account Plus 2016?

I like to keep my customers and so i appreciate your advise on how to achieve this?

Hello Bakaka,

Thanks for asking.

Yes, you can import a CSV or Excel file format through File > Utilities > Import > Excel files.  You'll need to create a new mapping and map the fields in the Excel file to the fields offered for Reckon Accounts.

Alternatively, copy back the information into the IIF file and save it as a new name.  Firstly save it as a TXT file and then in File Explorer, rename TXT to IIF.  Then import with the IIF Files option.

Hope this helps,
