I have recieved $100 from customer without doing an invoice.

I went to recieve money,
Enter the recieved money details, I clicked on to NEW to input transaction details.

Then, it is done. Now how to I print out a tax invoice?

Hi Benjamin

Welcome to Reckon Community.

Invoice is separate to receive money. Ideally, you will first enter the invoice first, and then receive payment from that invoice when entering the payment for it. If you record the transactions in this order, you can print the invoice. Please see this video for more information

However, as you explained, you did not enter the invoice at all but recorded the money in straight via receive Payment -> New. Therefore you cannot print the invoice here because simply there is no invoice recorded to print.

If you do need to print the invoice, you can delete the receive payment transactions you have done and reenter it via the invoice and receive payment. Please note, you will only need to enter it once, via Invoice, just the way you did via receive payment. You can then just receive payment on the same invoice.

Hope this helps
