As Linda mentioned, the Audit Trail report is one option.  I find it easier to create, modify & memorise a summary version which includes the Date, Time & User for each entry:

• Click on “Edit” (along top toolbar) > “Find ...”
• On the Advanced tab, click on “Entered/Modified” from the Filters list & enter the date you want in both the “From” & “To” boxes
• Scroll down the Filters list & click on “Detail Level” then select “Summary”
• Click on “Find” then “Report”
• Click on “Modify Report” & on the Display tab, select (tick) “Entered/Last Modified” & “Last Modified by” columns.  (You can also de-select any columns you don’t need or “close” them on the report itself)
• In the “Sort by” field, select “Date” from the dropdown
• Ensure your “Report Basis” is set to “Accrual” to capture all entries
• On the Header/Footer tab, you can edit (choose your own) meaningful “Report Title”
• Click on “OK”

This report can then be memorised for future use & can also be tweaked for any date range &/or any User.
