At some point you will likely need to locate your company data file (QBW) in order to make a copy of it, send it to your accountant, send it to a technician, etc.

One tip I'd like to add to this good clue.
Sometimes users have multiples:
- versions of a Reckon Product (ie: Premier for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 for instance).
- or sub-folders with draft,, test or special/urgent copies from the past
As a result, the above instructions may find the same NAMED file (xxx.QBW) but in different directories (yellow folders).
If you try to COPY and PASTE all the results of a SEARCH, into say, a memory stick (ie: disk E: or some other letter), wand you try that PASTE operation to a single common backup folder, you'll be interrupted when a duplicate NAME (identical named file) from some OTHER folder, tries to superimpose over the top of the same file NAME already pasted.
SOLUTION: Hand pick the latest files (based on the DATES of last access) or dates that you know are relevant to when you last accessed/updated such LIVE files, and single those out for copying/pasting.
This approach was used as part of solving this problem in recent days, for example:
