In your Chart of Accounts screen, click on the Account button at the bottom of the window & select Re-sort List from the pop-up menu, then OK to confirm.
Your list looks very unnecessarily extensive. Is there a reason why you have separate accounts for each bank's fees & interest???? The separation is in the Supplier & Bank Account itself (eg Your NAB Supplier & bank account will only have its own fees & interest charges) - Remember, accounts are intended to be categories, not individually transaction-specific.
I think you would also benefit from using Header/sub accounts format & deleting/de-activating unused accounts too.
Aside from displaying alphabetically, the above suggestions will make your Account List shorter & simpler for you to work with.
I only ever had Bank Fees and the accountant requested to create a separate account for each Banks Interest and for each Banks fees, I know it is crazy and drives me nuts each month when I have to enter these fees
