How do I add a shipping address to a statement?

We use the shipping address as a site address. In many instances we have several accounts for one customer with one billing address, but with different sites (jobs are not appropriate). In this instance statements need a shipping address shown - how can I add this field when it doesn't seem to be available in the field list?

    Hello Karen,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Unfortunately you can only have the billing address show on the Statement.  

    The only workaround available would be to set up each site that requires its separate address as a separate customer.  

    If this function is very important to you, you could explore Inventory Add-ons that are available from our Software Development Partners.  Checkout the catalogue at:

    Hi John,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Unfortunately your proposed workaround isn’t appropriate as I already stated we already have them set up as separate customers however each account has the same billing address and only the shipping address is different.

    As the fields are all available but just not able to be selected for that report. I find the option of going to a software partner overly time-consuming and expensive and in many ways not even relevant.

    Is it possible to lodge a request to have more fields available on this template in future versions?

    Yes, unfortunately your specific needs are not catered for in the current version of Accounts Business.

    I will pass your suggestion to our developers who will give it consideration, along with other suggestions, in planning for future releases.  

    You can make a suggestion at any time inside Accounts Business through the Help > Suggest New Feature option.
