How do I adjust previous payroll for raises backpaid

Pay increases have been awarded and back paid to 1/1 which effects pay periods already paid. How do I adjust payroll correctly?

    Hi sue,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    You will need to create a new payroll item for the backpay of renumeration increases and process a payrun for the day you pay the increases.

    You may want to speak with your Manager/Accountant on how these backpays are to be taxed, and you may need to adjust tax amounts manually on this occasion.
