how do i email invoices in accounts plus 2014

Welcome to the Reckon Community and thank you for your question.You may experience this issue if using Webmail to send email. Our software are designed to send email instructions to a local email client (Example: Microsoft Outlook 2010 desktop edition) and that mail software then sends it.
You might want to try with Windows Live Mail (download Windows Live Essential from Microsoft). Once downloaded and setup, follow the KB (http://kb.reckon.com.au//issue_view.asp?ID=480) to see if that works for you. Although it's not supported but other customers of us informed that mostly it worked for them so you can definitely try to see if it helps you.
