how do I reinstall reckon Accounts 2013

    Hi Marek,

    How unfortunate.  Just insert your Reckon Accounts 2013 disk and install again.  Once installed, open the Sample File and activate.  Then restore your files from your backup.

    I did not receive a 2013 disk when I renewed. My Cust ID 478929.

    This was downloaded, from Your website, so I do not have disk.

    I will either have a disk mailed to you or provide a link to download the software.
