I am still getting this https://hosted-connectv82.reckon.com/EricomXML/AccessNowSso.aspx error after:-
1. Clearing the cache, browsing history and temp files then restarting browser.
2. Trying on Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Safari, as well as doing the above.
3. Have uninstalled each browser and then reinstalled and then the above as well.
4. I am the current administrator of the account as the boss is somewhere in the middle of Australia camping.
5. Have tried changing pass words etc...repeatedly.
6. Sat on hold for 1hr 45min to tech support before the line disconnected.
I am getting to the point of throwing computer out of the window.
PLEASE HELP. There has to be an issue with Reckon causing this. It has been happening since Thursday last week.

It keeps telling me that my username and or password are incorrect. Now these are the same as the first log in username and password. I have also reset the TCP/IP on my computer. use0

It looks like you need to find/confirm the correct username/password. Do you still have the password for the "Admin" user?

No I don't. Ian has that one and he is non contactable for the next few weeks and has left me in charge. But when we spoke on Friday the password I am using and the username was correct. Unless that has changed over the weekend, in which case I have no idea what to do.

Sorry, can't help you with that, maybe Reckon support can help you to reset the password, I'm not sure.

Sitting on hold for over an hour is not something I wish to do again and then have the line disconnect.

Kylie,
To clarify, are you getting the error message in your opening post OR are you getting stuck at the Admin user name/password screen from your screenshot above?
This article from our Data Recovery team has some good information on differentiating between the two levels of authentication -

Sometimes I get the screen above, other times I get the error above. So over losing 3 days of working because of this error. I have gotten to the screen shot above through the link Phuong Do sent me. If I use any of the above browsers I get the above error message. Does that make sense. I am frustrated. I have done everything I can think of to fix it from my end. Including resetting the TCP/IP on my computer.

I'd recommend that you try giving us a call again so that a technician can assist with why you're getting the first error message Kylie.
I appreciate that you've tried earlier without success and I apologise that you weren't able to get through. The current wait time is only 2 minutes which is very reasonable, can you please give us a call as soon as you can.ℹ️ Stay up to date with important news & announcements for your Reckon software! Hi Kylie
I've posted this on your other thread also to hopefully help clarify ....
The User Name & Password on the screenshot you've uploaded will not be the same as your Hosted login.
The Hosted login is to access Reckon's server(s) (online) only
The Company File login (as per your screenshot) is whatever the user(s) - Ian or yourself? - have set up.
NB The "Admin" User is there by default but the password - if any - is again, what the User has set up. The user may have set up multiple "Users" with their own logins (& optional access limitations) but these are ALL Company File logins only & are completely separate to the initial Reckon Accounts Hosted Login.
Hope you've been able to resolve this.
