I am having trouble loading the STP as it says the ABN doesn't match. I have the name and ABN exactly the same in both places. Is there something else I need to look for? Have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone at Reckon. If I cannot get through to anyone today I will need to process the pays and try to contact Reckon another day to get STP to work. I hope this is OK with the ATO, but my employees need to be paid today. More time to test this in June would have been nice.
