I am trying to back up Reckon Hosted, the data has been verified with no issues however it will not

I am trying to back up Reckon Hosted, the data has been verified with no issues however it is sitting on 99% and will not progress any further - can anyone help?

    You could download the file to your computer, open it up in Reckon Enterprise and see if you can then back it up
