I am trying to create a trial book for a client and the payment screen just going around sending and never finishes have tried Chrome and firefox browers thanks helen

Hi Helen

Is this still a problem for you?  The payment screen seems to be working in general right now.
 
Can you go back to the Portal Dashboard and check to see if the subscription has actually been started? If not, I recommend you start again.

Yes still a problem, have tried on different computers as well. When I use the go back tab there is only the trial option available no books. thanks Helen Have logged off and back on as well

Has this problem cleared up yet? 

If not, please can you contact your local support (AU, NZ or UK) to assist further. I cannot troubleshoot without more info and the best way to gather this info is on a call.

In the meantime, if I find more useful info, I will post on here.
