I am Trying to email Payslips and the System has Frozen (Reckon Hosted) and I can't cancel or close

I am Trying to email Payslips and the System has Frozen (Reckon Hosted) and I can't cancel or close anything?


Have closed down the program and logged in again and still the same

    Hi Kylie,

    Your email window may have gone in the background, and thus it appears to be frozen. Can you please press 'Alt + Pg Up' key on your keyboard and see if you can access the email screen.

    Thank you that worked. Is there a way of confirming what Payslips have been emailed. Thanks

    Thanks for the update Kylie, that is great to hear.

    So regarding the email confirmation, as the emails are sent out from Hosted profile, and not from your local Outlook, it will not go to 'sent items' folder of your outlook. However we have some workarounds suggested as on this KB http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5187.

    Apart from this, there is also a log file available for every email sent on hour Q drive under log folder. Please see this instruciton on how to get it.http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5313
