I am trying to make payments but keep getting error message saying "unable to save payment/receipt a transaction"

I am not having a slow issue, I am having an issue with Reckon One telling me it is 'Unable to save payment/receipt transaction', no matter how I try (I have tried 3 ways that I know of). I am trying to receipt money in.

Yes, the speed issues that were affecting Reckon One recently have been rectified, the team are now on the verge of implementing a fix to address the issues related to the payments and receipts functionality.

Me too. Need to receipt money and it wont' let me do it through Banking or Selling. 
Please help.

This issue should now be resolved. The Reckon One release/update on the 26/02/16 contained a fix for this issue.
