I'm trying to print a single invoice for a customer, but for some reason it's trying to print more that 1000. I have tried many different ways to print the one invoice from selecting the single invoice and printing it, selecting the invoice number, just the day the invoice was created. But nothing is working. Reckon Hosted just closes down.

It sounds like the invoice template may be corrupt.

There's a KnowledgeBase article here with a very brief description -
Printing multiple copies of an invoice from Reckon Accounts Hosted

Does this affect other forms when printing from Hosted or just invoices/this invoice template in use?

Thanks Rav, but that didn't solve it.

    Hi Jenni

Check on the Reckon default Print window that the "Number of copies" field shows "1".

Failing that, check the default Printer Setup options within your file.
Go to File dropdown menu > Printer Setup
Under the Tax Invoice Form Name, check on the Advanced tab that the Copy Count is set to "1".

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Shaz,

Thank you very much for your response. I ended up deleting the invoice and doing a new one which seemed to have worked. I will keep your comment in mind if something similar happens in the future.
